PYC RECIPROCAL GUEST POLICY

Reciprocal Guest Dining and Bar service – Reservations are Encouraged

• Check-In: Please check in upon arrival with the office or clubhouse staff.  Current yacht club membership card or letter of introduction must be shown and all members must sign into the guestbook. 
• Payment: PYC is cashless. Purchases must be paid with credit card. Visitors will incur a 10% “Visiting Yacht Club” fee, a 3.5% credit card processing fee, and 20% automatic gratuity.
• Name Tag:  A staff member will provide you with a name tag when you check-in.  Please wear your name tag while in clubhouse.
• Events: In accordance with PYC’s Clubhouse Rules, only PYC members are permitted to sign-up for club events. Guests shall not be afforded the use of club facilities or participate in club events or activities without the presence of the hosting member.

Reciprocal Moorage Policy & Required Documents

• Please contact the office at least 1 week prior to your stay to inquire about available moorage. Reciprocal guests may have (3) days of complimentary moorage.  If we do have an open slip, you may connect to the power & water.  Power is $3 per day (30 amps). 
• If we do not have an available slip, we can offer you moorage along the marginal-walk, which does not have power or a water hookup.
• A Letter of Good Standing from your yacht club must be submitted to the office prior to moorage will be granted.
• Proof of Insurance with a minimum liability of $500K must be submitted to the office prior to moorage will be granted.
• Reciprocal Moorage Agreement must be signed upon arrival.
• A Guest Gate Card will be issued.  Non-return of the gate card will result in a charge of $25 to the credit card on file.
