No, you do not need to be a member to host a private event.
 

Yes. We offer partial or full facility club rentals, depending on event size and needs. 
 

Our venue is rented for a variety of event styles, corporate seminars with breakfast buffets, baby showers, birthdays, to black-tie weddings and more.  
 

This varies depending on availability, date flexibility, and event style and size. Corporate and social events are typically booked 6-9 months in advance. Weddings and non-profit events are typically booked 9-18 months in advance. Celebrations of Life are typically booked 6-8 weeks in advance.  
 

• 1 server and 1 bartender for up to 4 hours (additional time and/or staff is $25/hour, staffing varies depending on event needs and is determined by Club Management)   

• Round tables with banquet chairs (additional tables and chairs may be to be rented if the event needs exceed the club’s inventory, fees vary based on event needs 

• Complimentary Secured Parking, over 150 spaces in our gated parking lot 

• One 60-minute detail meeting with the Sales & Events Manager. May be conducted in person, on Zoom, or over the phone. (Additional meetings are subject to a $50 hourly charge) 

• One 60-minute rehearsal for wedding ceremony bookings, to be held the week of the date booked, subject to availability 

• Club Rentals are booked for 8 hours, including 2 hours of set up, 4 hours for the event, and 2 hours of breakdown/clean up. Additional time begins at $150 per hour and is subject to availability due to prior bookings 

Food and beverage items are not included in the cost of the club rental fee. Each rental space has a food & beverage minimum, which varies depending on the rental selected, day of the week, and season. 
 

Yes. Our full-time Executive Chef can accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. We require that final menu selections be confirmed at least 30 days before each event to source ingredients appropriately.
 

Yes. We have a recommended vendor list, but clients are not required to use only the vendors on that list. For weddings, we require the use of a third-party event planner or coordinator.  
 

We have floor plan templates based on event style, size and guest count; they allow for some customization.  
 

Yes. 7 days after our Board of Trustees approves a club rental application, an initial deposit of half the club rental fee is due. A second deposit, the second half of the club rental fee, is due 30 days before the event date.
